Many camellias do well in Mobile, but these Camellia japonica varieties have been selected by Fairhope camellia grower Bobby Green for their ease of care, quality of bloom and availability.

Hana Fuki (Chalice) - Coral pink. Informal cupped semidouble. Bushy rounded growth. |

James Hyde Porter - White striped pink to pink rose. Semidouble. Fast, upright, somewhat pendulous. |

Lady Clare (Akashigata, Pink Empress) - Large, rose-pink. Long bloom season. Informal, loose open growth. Very upright.
